Ingredients and spices that need to be Get to make Mango Pancakes:

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cup mango pieces, finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cup mango puree
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  9. 1 tsp mango essence (optional)
  10. 3/4 tsp baking powder
  11. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  12. 1/2 tsp salt
  13. for Mango sauce : 1 cup mango puree 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp sugar
  14. Toppings 1/3 cup mango, finely chopped

Instructions to make to make Mango Pancakes

  1. In a bowl, mix together milk, brown sugar & oil followed by egg and mango puree, mango essence.
  2. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients, whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
  3. Now pour the wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well. Lastly fold mango pieces into batter.
  4. Heat a pan on medium flame, pour laddle full batter and spread in round shape using back of spoon.
  5. When small bubbles appear on uncooked surface, flip the side. Cook untill golden from both the sides.
  6. Transfer Pancake to serving plate and let it cool.
  7. Meanwhile, blend together mango puree, sugar and milk to make mango sauce.
  8. Garnish pancake with mango sauce and mango pieces.
