- 1 tbsp Zeera
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Haldi
- 3 Green chillies
- Tomato 2 medium slice
- 4 tbsp Yougurt
- (For garnish)
- Chilli oil..heat 4tbsp oil add 2 tbsp chilli flakes saute 2 sec)
- Fry garlic
- Slims/ papri
- Hara dhania
- Chaat masala
- Boil eggs (optional)
Instructions to make to make Curry Khausay
- For making curry...Put all ingredients in blender and blend. Take pan heat oil 4tbsp add more 10 kari pata soty and add mixture with 3 cup of water and ciok in low flame when curry is thick add salt to taste.
- For making chicken gravy : In a pan heat oil...add onions and fry till.golden brown den add chicken and all the chicke ingredients one by one..add one cup of water and cover it till it fully cooked
- Boiled kolson spagetthy one pack
- How to serve : put few spoons spagetthy in a plate den add chicken gravy on the top of noodles...den add curry over it...after that garnish all the above ingredients...and enjoy yummy khausa💕
